The direct bonded magnesia chrome brick is made of chrome ore with low impurity content and high-quality high-purity magnesia through high-pressure molding and high temperature firing above 1700 ℃. High temperature performance and strong slag erosion resistance. Resistance to cement clinker corrosion. It is widely used in nonferrous metallurgical furnaces and cement rotary kilns.
3. Semi rebonded magnesia chrome bricks and rebonded magnesia chrome bricks
The recombined magnesia chrome brick and the recombined magnesia chrome brick, using part or all of the electro fused sand (electro fused synthetic sand) as raw materials, fine batching, high-pressure molding, ultra-high temperature calcination, good particle bonding, high product strength, good volume stability, are widely used in RH, VOD, AOD and other secondary refining devices, nonferrous metallurgy furnaces, etc.
