*Magnesia carbon brick
Magnesia carbon bricks are made of fused magnesia (sintered magnesia) and fully crystallized graphite as raw materials, phenolic resin as a binder, after pressure and heat treatment. Because of its good thermal shock stability, spalling resistance and corrosion resistance, it is widely used in metallurgical industrial kilns such as steelmaking converter, electric furnace and ladle refining furnace. When magnesia carbon brick is used at high temperature, it will form stable molecular structure. The characteristic that magnesia and carbon are mutually insoluble makes the refractory performance of the material itself effectively retained. The carbon has good thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient and elastic coefficient, which can effectively prevent high-temperature flaking and slag penetration, so that it is not easy to structural flaking during use. The carbon has the property of not wetting the slag, thus strengthening the corrosion resistance of magnesia carbon bricks.
*Magnesia calcium carbon brick
Magnesia calcium carbon brick is made of high-quality magnesia, magnesia dolomite sand and graphite as raw materials, with anhydrous resin as binder, and under special technological conditions. The product has good slag corrosion resistance, peeling resistance and thermal shock resistance, and can purify molten steel, especially under vacuum conditions, showing excellent stability. It is widely used to produce the ladle wall of cord steel, the refining ladle lining of stainless steel, the GOR converter bottom of stainless steel, the revolving ladle lining of desilication converter or dephosphorization converter steel, and the VOD ladle wall and bottom of high-temperature vacuum refining operation.
*Alumina magnesia carbon brick
Alumina magnesia carbon bricks are refractory products made of corundum, high alumina bauxite, high-quality fused magnesia, high-purity magnesia and graphite as main raw materials. It is characterized by high residual linear expansion rate due to the formation of spinel due to heating under high temperature, in addition to the advantages of corrosion resistance and non peeling of carbon, so it has become a newly developed high-quality lining brick, which is widely used in the lining of ladle, ordinary ladle and external refining furnace with harsh service conditions.
*Magnesia alumina carbon brick
The properties of magnesia alumina carbon bricks are between magnesia carbon bricks and alumina magnesia bricks. They can be used in the transition zone between ladle slag line and ladle wall, as well as in the ladle wall.
